At first was a bit different in look and function but after a short time became very easy and logical to use. Still wish you could print directly from editing screen.
It is a little hard to learn and it is a little expensive, but it is the best "filler" program I have ever used and I am glad and grateful to have it.
I had issues at first as connections failed and I lost my documents that I had updated which took me a long time to do. I have had another go and it has worked a lot better.
What do you like best?
I use Quickbooks and have to send out 1099NT which is not a capability in Quickbooks. 1099 forms must be scannable and I can purchase the printed forms and fill it out on PDFfiller. I can then print on the scannable forms and they are perfectly aligned. Saves time and money. Also, I like the fact that I can create a template so I don't have to re-type the same company information, tax numbers, etc. The product is easy to use.
What do you dislike?
I don't really dislike anything about PDFfiller. Other than maybe the fact that I probably don't use it enough to offset the cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use - I intended to use for a month and then cancel, but I ended up keeping it.

Although I accidentally subscribed to… Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account. Very kind and helpful customer service.
