Quite honestly I never knew when my subscription ended I found out when it ended,i believe you should make it more of a mgrand exit because i continued using this service way after i should have great service though
I can't verify that my completed forms are actually sent to recipients. Programs keeps requesting me to have my e-mail verified but no code is ever sent to my e-mail.

Wish I could add signature to documents...never given direction for how.

A get to much error on conversion files from one format to another. Also having some issues with saving the files to my desktop.
I could not believe the ease in… I could not believe the ease in completing my document. The yearly membership cost is nominal when compared to the ease of use in filling out forms.
