This is my second year of being a part of this wonderful and truly a required program for someone like me in my Income Tax Preparation Organization. I'm actually from Cambridge, MA and attended Bentley(college) University in Waltam, where I studied Accounting&Finance and now runs my own tax preparations and financial services firm here in Northern Virginia.

I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The people are just awesome!! Very helpful and respond immediately. I would recommend this to friends and family as well.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to edit the content of a PDF. I've recently had to adjust a few documents which were not previously editable for me, and this has made it simple to keep things updated.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to choose the file destination when selecting Save As, rather than it defaulting to my Downloads folder.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We've recently implemented new contracts for our accounts, and using PDFfiller has made creating them so easy. It's saved me a significant amount of time.

I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

Great Customer service Great Customer service. I didn't need the subscription and thought I had cancelled but it turns out I was charged. I contacted them about it and received an immediate response and was refunded the money.
