I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! Now, we just work with this weeks form and it doesn't matter if they change the layout! Perfect- no more time wasting with forms!
My very small office (staff of 9)!needed a professional looking and very easy to use application for filling and signing document. I downloaded 8'different apps/programs for trial and comparison. PDF Filler left every other program / app in its' dust.
What do you like best?
Easy accessibility, signature verification, conversion to other formats, storage of documents, and ability to share to multiple platforms.
What do you dislike?
Zip Files - have to open and resave docs needed for uploading to other sources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Must be familiar with Zip files; Dashboard is super user-friendly; would not recommend for an occasional user - should have consistent need for the various services it provides.

it helped me so far with pdf editing, signature, hope it can be used as online fax & phone number too in future. It was hard to save as file onto my desktop, until u figure out that u need to go to pdf viewer and then select all pages and do save as. make the save as button to show up easier than going to pdf viewer option to save as.
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. Very pleased with the customer care I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly.
