I ended up not using there service but felt the need to write about my experience. I had a complex need that was nearly impossible to get. I signed up for a subscription and found out later my demand couldn’t be done. Their service team granted a refund quickly without the usual hoops to jump through. They were fast, professional and capable. I plan to use them for other projects.

What do you like best? I like the ability to electronically sign documents. What do you dislike? I wish I was able to edit the text in documents without the formatting getting messed up because it only allows for the addition of new text boxes or adding to existing ones which causes the formatting issues. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the issue of having to print out and fax documents which can be time consuming. It has really benefited my company to be able to sign and send documents electronically making for a smoother more efficient experience.

Lag between switching to different parts of the interface and saving files disrupts the user experience. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to fill out PDF files. Easy to convert image files to required formats. Safe storage of sensitive personal information in one location.
