I didn't realize how much use I would… I didn't realize how much use I would make of this program, or the range of functions that it offers. I just got the free-version at first because I needed a digital signature. But now, as an academic, I find I use it all the time to share and to sign documents: now that everything is online and we have limited contact, this has become more important. I can't say that I've mastered or even noticed all the file features this program offers, but almost every time I use it I discover something new. Well worth the money!

How to Write a Photo Release Form: Identify the releasor. Describe the photo, image, likeness, or video. Address any payment the model receives for the release. Address royalties. Address whether the model has the ability to revoke their authorization. The parties sign and date the release.
A print release gives clients printing rights to use your photos. Copyright gives you (the photographer) ownership of your photos. In your print release, explicitly stating that you still own the copyright on your photos is essential.
Information to include. While there's no exact template, include at least the following: Names of both parties and whether they're giving or receiving permission to use the photo. Brief description of the images, the photographer, and the date.
Because a photo copyright release form isn't standardized, photographers create their own document, then have it notarized or approved by an attorney. Use business letterhead paper to create the document. State who owns the copyright. Describe and name the images(s) to be released. Explain the release usage.
