I've been using Pdffiller for several… I've been using Pdffiller for several years now and couldn't have asked for anything more from this company. I recently upgraded my account to premium for even more services. I'll be around with this company for many more years!

Questions & answers

If you burn extremely easily, you may want to start out only going five minutes in a Level One or Two tanning bed. The tanning salon that I go to only has one Level One bed, and often they recommend people use a Level Two. I, personally, started out going seven minutes in a Level Two bed and did fine.
Your time in a sunbed may vary from 2-20 minutes, based on your skin type and chosen sunbed. Color develops and deepens over a 24- to 48-hour period. Maintain your tan with 1 to 3 sessions a week, again, depending on your skin type and chosen sunbed. Give a sunbed tan time to develop.
One minute in a high-pressure tanning bed is equivalent to 2-4 minutes of sun exposure, while 10–20 minutes in a low-pressure tanning bed is equivalent to 2 hours of sun exposure. You can also use tanning beds to treat certain skin conditions, such as psoriasis, by exposing the skin to UV light.
Most indoor tanning experts recommend three sessions per week until a tan develops, then two sessions per week after that to keep the tan. To avoid skin damage, wait at least 48 hours between tanning sessions.
Tanning beds are NOT safer than the sun. The evidence that indoor tanning dramatically increases your risk of getting skin cancer is so strong that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires warning labels on all indoor tanning equipment.
From there you can begin to figure out just how much time translates between using the sunbed and gaining a natural tan. So if you were to have a five minutes sunbed session, it would convert to around an hour in the actual sun.
