The products are awesome and have been essential to the success of my business!
The forms are very easy to access and to use. The ability to have access to such a variety of forms especially IRS forms. The freedom of use to so many forms and the ability to upload your own created forms far exceeds so many other products that have so many limitations on the use of their products.
My only complaint is that sometimes it is a little difficult to find certain forms that you are looking for but it is usually remedied rather quickly.
Honestly, I used this service for one day. I did the whole hoopla, signing up for the service, getting my PDF's and documents taken care of, then went in to cancel my free trial. Well, something went wrong, and I was charged for a full year that I didn't want. But the reason they get 5 stars instead of zero-- they voided the charge same day that I emailed them. They weren't worried about pinching pennies, they were worried about being a good business and doing the right thing. That's a 10/10 in my book. I activated a trial period of pdf filler to use the service onceoff and i forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial ended. when we need to have more than 2 files on the screen for editing by switching one from another to compare , i ound that i not able to do so, we have to close one and then open another another one, this will course losing the data and takes time ( that could be the possibility that features are there but i don't know how to use it at same time,
