I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly. time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures! Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time. It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

What do you like best? The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown. What do you dislike? Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone. Recommendations to others considering the product: Read through the documentation on how to use it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.
