It seems it is a bait and switch deal. You think you are getting a month for free but to really use the form without watermarks like SAMPLE across it, it seems you have to pay.

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly. time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures! Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time. It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

I mainly use it for my professional paperwork with the administrations when I need to edit some files and sometimes I use it to sign. Not only do we save paper but also if we don't have a printer or are on a mobile or the tablet one can use this application. It's great ! Multiple features, easy and practice of use, especially for the modification of documents. One thing to take into account is that pdfFiller is not easy for one who doesn't know more about this kind of software. Slight bugs sometimes but otherwise nothing to report on the software.
