While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

PDFfiller has helped me streamline my forms and remove paper forms for my workplace. I am now able to have all my paper forms eliminated replaced by online forms. Saves alot of paper and trees!
What do you dislike?
The think I dislike is when a user completes a form online and I am notified I have to click the email link, save the form before I am able to view in my dashboard. Be nice to just have the form in my dash ready to go without the other intermediate steps.

Definitely help streamline work and remove paper forms. Also saves me time with clients filling out new intake forms before I even see them.

Working Experience With PdfFiller i am using this software for about 8 to 9 months. the best thing i found in this software was its feature to send the file online without makuing sure to save first and then send. other feature i liked the most is that i can easily edit the pdf format by using this software. it is really very favorable feature to avoid the conversing to word file for editing. in my opinion, there must be improvement with the font size of editing text to make it more compatible with text. i face a problem to make the ediding in the same font size . Althorugh, it is same as that of text but it seams different. it makes the file less professional.
