I like to use PDF filler.com because I can fill the entire form on the computer, except the places where I need to sign it. Also, it has an option to fill the form on the computer or print it out with blank spaces which I can fill it out manually with a pen. The only thing I disliked was the many screen you need to go through to finally start using it. Other than that, the app is great.
