It was hard to figure out how to get started, and I made some mistakes in the beginning. I saved two files too soon and now I don't know how to erase them because when I try it says if I delete it it will no longer be shared. Is it okay to delete it anyway?

Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.

Great customer service This is a great site and if I had a business I would probably use it, but I only needed to sign and fill 2 documents during my 30-day free trail, so the cost of an actual subscription wasn't worth it. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the site but couldn't for some reason. As soon as I asked for a refund, however, it was immediate and customer service could not have been more helpful. So it would have been 5 stars if cancelling the free trial was a little easier. Also, if there was a lower subscription for very light usage I would be interested in that.

What do you like best? I love that you can store your signature in the program. Also much more professional look over using a pen to fill forms. What do you dislike? The extra level of security when logging in slows you down a little. Its probably actually a good thing as your forms are stored in the system Recommendations to others considering the product: I have tried to figure out ways to fill pdfs without signing on to this system, it was a foolish waste of time. I am not the type of person that signs on to programs like this, I always felt like they were scams. I am so very happy with this program, I wish that I had signed up for this much sooner. I accidentally forgot to cancel my… I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!
