In general its an effective tool. I don't like that it will NOT allow you to leave spaces (eg. 1.5/2.0) spaces been typed words. So everthing looks to compact and scrunched in - definatelt a flaw!

The software is really good The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it.
