I like the program It is not too complicated. The monthly fee is a bit too high I am not certain that I will be able to keep it past the free trial period. $20 per month is way off the mark; unless you have lots of cash flow. Just seems like $6-$8 per month would be more in line with the value of the product.

Most companies would have just said that is "out of scope" Or "not my problem" Not these guys, they logged into my computer and dove deep into it and fixed my problem. Also keep in mind, I am only on a basic plan and they treated me like I was spending $1000's of dollars with them.

the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky. For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.
