It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list. This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

PDFfiller is very easy to use. Just upload your form and complete. There is really nothing much more to think about. Ease of use is what it's all about!

App produces error during install for smartphones. Should favor browser entry, or at least make link more prominent. Also, the way that some of the advanced features are not available to a subscription is a bit misleading they way they are presented IMO... At the very least, the base subscription should provide limited quantities of some of the more advanced features... (monthly counter etc.) ~ Because the casual user may really benefit from these features (in low volume.) And there's little incentive to not just "get by" with the free services if they're not available.

I think its a good app but it should be… I think its a good app but it should be free for certain things like creating a fillable pdf. im kinda rusty on mydocument skills but im pretty sure you can do the same thing in microsoft office for free . but i just needed 1 document and the 30 day trial worked for me. im not really sure what else the app can do so maybe its worth it to some people. but it was fairely easyy to navigate and figure out how to do stuff thanks chris
