Sometimes it does have a hard time reading some of the documents & uploading them correctly . I then have to restart the program a couple of times before it actually is able to load the document .

Printing from the site has so many print windows to go through. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to... sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to load which can be inconvenient when files are needed quickly. Also some features also drag for example the signature portion. Overall great app which I use daily for my work.

How to create a contract amendment Pinpoint what you want to change or add. Look at your contract and write down the parts you need to change. Date and title the new amendment.
