I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

Medical doctor Actually editing my papers and lieratures and pdfs making them more good looking and more professional It can upload update and recreat documents in a very professional way acutallly i do use these in my work Yes some editing buttons r felt missing i think sometime i had to go to microsoft office then copy past but the problem is i cant do that as theformatting is dufferent so i would prefer to but genuine more options in side the app

Nothing lines up, missing a feature you need, doesn't save correctly, or you can't send it, etc. This is the first PDF editor that I actually have fun with, super user-friendly, fast learning curve, yet looks professional, is feature rich [in fact it has features the others don't have], and no problems saving and sending or later editing it again down the road.
