Working good so far....just started but it seems to be doing just what we thought it should do. Easy to get around once you figure out where what is.

it was immediately available. it seems fairly straight ahead, but I've not had time to really check it out. each time I use it , it gives me a litle anxiety

Solidly good... but a little difficult to change fonts and the annoying text box that asks if you want to uncheck something often blocks the next thing you need to check.

as an insurance broker I encounter too often forms from insurance companies that are not editable yet. Which makes preparing them for our clients some stupid and unncessary extra work (and for the clients to finish them). PDFfiller is a great tool to help with that in q fast and easy way.

Might be signing up again because of the combine pdf feature you offer. Adobe couldn’t even combine my pdfs for whatever reason. I would need a slightly cheaper subscription then you offer.

Over the top excellent customer service First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. He is absolutely an asset to this company and greatly appreciated.Warmest Regards;Rhonda Wright

What do you like best? The ability to edit almost any part of a pdf has saved me on countless hours of retyping a document for one minor change. The interface is very easy as well What do you dislike? The only improvement I would like to see is the ability to remove sections (cut) and move others into the opening. I may be a novice and this ability does exist, but if it does not, I personally would find it beneficial What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to correct sentances, paragraphs or simply small typos. The ability to adjust those without redoing an entire document is an amazing benefit.
