Sometimes it does have a hard time reading some of the documents & uploading them correctly . I then have to restart the program a couple of times before it actually is able to load the document .

Very user friendly! It is easy to use. Instructions are clear and the forms are easy to fill out accurately. I only use it once a year - at tax time, but using this program to fill out tax forms is quick and easy. I have not had any issues.
