An easy to use program, great features, that allows you to complete and edit PDF forms. I'm no computer expert, but found this program straight forward to follow. Makes completing forms online so much easier than printing onto paper and filling out the long way. Would highly recommend it.

it's pretty good. sometimes when you edit, it looks like your edits are going to look funky, but when you print it looks alright. I wish it matched the text font and size as the original. You kinda have to hunt around and size accordingly

Phenomenal Customer Service Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. They ensured I successfully cancelled the subscription and they also processed a refund. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated. What do you like best? The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown. What do you dislike? Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone. Recommendations to others considering the product: Read through the documentation on how to use it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.
