It is great to be able to find government forms I need for my business and able to complete them in such a short time! Going through other services, this proves to be costly (especially at tax time) and the yearly fee I pay is minimal and well worth it!

Just concerned that e-mail was sent with form. I did not want to subscribe to PDFfiller as I was trying to ensure that a form for Strikenet had been sent and received. I did not authorize $119.88 USD to be charged to my Visa. What I did approve was $170.00 for a Strikenet report. First attempt at trying to submit form as Strikenet taken over my Weather Fusion. Would request a refund of $119.88 USD as I do not intend on using PDFfiller, or please inform me on how I can get a refund. Thank You.

In grad school, much of my reading comes from pdf files my professors post. Prior to PDFfiller, I would print out hundreds of papers in order to annotate. Now, I can annotate while conserving resources and I have access to the files no matter where or what device I use.

I am an 83 year old senior and using a filler is not going to be a part of my life. I need to cancel my 30 day free trial. Please help me to do this. What do you like best? It is very easy to use and user friendly. It is also easy to add fields and fill them in. When I am creating a document, I can also easily share them with each of our employee accounts. I also like how I am able to remove an employees account from having access to the documents with a click of a button. What do you dislike? I wish our technicians were able to use the app without internet service. In some cases, we do not have access to service, and we are unable to fill out our paperwork. It would also be nice to be able to add more than 4 other people to the account without having to get a corporate account. Recommendations to others considering the product: It has all you could ever need all in one place. We have used the SignNow and faxing features, in addition to the typical use for pdfFiller. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to keep all of our paperwork in one place, and the technicians are able to access it on their phones. This has made it easier to make sure all technicians are getting the correct paperwork for every job, and with the different accounts, we are able to hold the technicians accountable.

Legally binding contracts can be done both in writing or orally. However, when it comes to business transactions, it's best to have the majority of your contracts in writing. There is no law requiring contracts to be written by a lawyer. There are no laws that indicate any specific form or font they should be in.
Wholesale contracts have two parts: a purchase agreement and an assignment contract. You must first understand the wholesaling process to understand how they work together. In real estate, a wholesaler puts a property under contract and then sells the contract to an interested party, typically another investor.
For example, a wholesaler finds a motivated homeowner and gets a distressed property under contract for $200,000. Then, they market the property to their buyers list. A flipper sees potential and agrees to buy the home for $210,000.
A wholesale agreement is a contract that transfers the ownership of goods from an original seller to the buyer through an intermediary, called the wholesaler. In this type of agreement, the original seller sells the product to the wholesaler.
Here are some common parts of a wholesale contract: Name and contact information of the buyer and current property owner (seller) Legal description of the property. Condition of premises. Purchase price and financing. Closing costs, who pays them, and when. Assignment clause to transfer property rights.
The Wholesaling Fee Wholesaling fees can vary widely, ranging from as low as $5,000 to upwards of $50,000 or more. However, what ultimately determines your fee is your ability to negotiate a good deal on both sides of the transaction. Here's the deal: You should always aim to secure a fee higher than $10,000.
