I didn't want to pay for this feature but it is really a great program. I only wish I would be able to be copied and review status of Signed documents as it progresses without paying additional. Or adding the file for Esign to my personal email sent file.

I spoke with Nathan who was very…kind I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and kind. I was charged 75$ from my account and was told pdffiller was the ones who charged me. Nathan did everything he could do to help me solve these charges and said he would get back with me as soon as I sent a screen shot of bull. Within minutes Nathan contacted me back and explained where the charges came from. He was more helpful than the ones who charged me . I wish everyone was as kind, respectful and helpful as Nathan was.

I'm not sure how I stumbled upon your program, but I'm glad that I did! It is fairly intuitive, and I've been able to get started, getting documents done, without studying the help guide. So far it exceeds my expectations,

Immediate refund received I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and the matter was sorted out, and a refund received, within a couple of hours. Friendly and efficient service, with no arguments. Very impressed.

I apparently came to your website… I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Thank you for your customer service policies. If ever, I need a service like this, it will be yours.

A “Coaching Agreement” is a legal document that establishes the terms and conditions between a coach or coaching service provider and a client who is seeking coaching services. It outlines the rights, responsibilities, and expectations of both parties involved in the coaching relationship.
The Coaching Agreement (also called Coaching Contract) is the starting point of any effective coaching relationship and defines relationship rules and boundaries about how the Coach and the Client will collaborate along the way.
The coaching contract sets out the terms and conditions of the service, such as what the coach is offering, the fees they will charge, and any commitments made, such as attending in-person coaching catch-ups once a week. Contracts are binding agreements entered into before coaching engagements start.
Although a document must be signed by each party to be considered legally binding, the mere presence of signatures does not guarantee that an agreement is enforceable in court. To be considered a legally binding contract or document, three critical elements must also be present: Subject, Consideration, and Capacity.
For a written agreement to be legally binding, the parties must promise each other something in return for what they gain from the contract. For example, you promise the buyer the house when selling your home. In exchange, they promise you a certain amount of money. This is known as consideration.
A Letter of Agreement is still a formal legally binding document, acting exactly like a contract. It will usually be more suitable than a contract if both parties are already on the same page (excuse the pun!). A valid Letter of Agreement is the same as a valid contract.
5) Confidentiality The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client's written consent.
What Should Be Included in my Contract? Goals for the Coaching Relationship. What are the goals that you want to achieve from the relationship? Responsibilities and Expectations. Fees. Confidentiality. Cancellation and Termination.
