I was looking for this solution. I work from multiple locations and multiple computers and using other pdf softwares that only allowed me to use the software on a certain number of registered devices was not a good solution for me anymore. I would have given this 5 stars, but I am still learning to use it, and I wish it was faster. In all fairness, the the lags may have to do with the processor in the chromebook I am primarily using it on right now which may not be that fast. It was an inexpensive device so it is very possible that my device is the reason for the slow transitions and not the software.

I only had this program because I forgot to cancel after the initial trial period. However, I have used it many times and find that it is easy to use and does what i need it to do. The only issue i have had is when I need to work with documents more than 150 pages and PD filler cannot accommodate that. otherwise, I think it is great!

More importantly, I realized I had little use for this app on a longterm basis.I cancelled (incompletely, it turns out) my trial subscription online.A month later I received notice that my 1 year subscription had been processed.Fortunately two of the technicians came to my assistance, on a Sunday, no less.They cancelled my subscription and confirmed the action with me.I was very impressed with their response, and commend the company for which they work!

When I saw I was being charged I was concerned as I have no need for the service on a subscription, however I contacted pdfFiller customer services explaining my situation and I received a very reassuring reply from Max and the pending transaction was cancelled immediately. What do you like best? Easy to redact, sign and comment on documents. Great workflow What do you dislike? Only web-based interface. I would like a desktop version too. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use if you find DocuSign to be limited in editing functionality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
