I'm not sure this is a dislike but if I send a completed PDF document with a requested signature to a client the client Gets charged a fee.

I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. It's free and very easy to use, and I strongly recommend it for any student, teachers or professors, colleagues from work, and even for managers because during this pandemics, we all had to adapt our documents to digital format, and print them at home could be an issue for many people. I love to use this software because it's free and it allows me to sign digital documents from anyone in my company without having to print everything, sign it all, and then scan it, and e-mail it to the recipients. It's great because it has other checkmarks so you can add little details in case you are reading a contract or a file that needs reviewing. Positively, there are no cons for this software, as I have been using it for work and college matters, and it solves a great deal of signing important documents!

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.
