Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user. Also, I thought I signed on for a5.95 one month contract that I could cancel at any time. Why am I being charge19.95 Please answer this question. Thank you

Great Program with pretty much all you need This is a great program and I'm able to do what I want to so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I think it is a little expensive for the service and it's not really user friendly I would think if you were not pretty computer literate. Outside of those two things...IT GREAT!

One time using pdfFiller the first time… One time using pdfFiller the first time saved me time doing a very basic operation (checking off fields when I was entering information from forms into another program). I have used the other program for over 15 years but recently moved from a PC to MacBook Pro. The program for Mac is harder to use than the PC product. I have spent too much time and frustration with that program. After one use, I had to spend much less time with little frustration. I hope it continues as I using pdfFiller

What do you dislike? Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to change PDFs and being able to electronically sign documents.

It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.
