You should have highlighted that this is not free at the very beginning of the process. initially it says free trial, but when i complete the form & try to save or print or do anything can be done only post enrollment & paying. this is not fair & is misleading. Try to change this alone pls

Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

Very professional, highly recommended. I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. This is such a great tool for keeping track of your pdf flies while categorizing them to fit your preferences. As a student, I've used this for many different reasons and have always found it extremely convenient for filing and organizing my files. From school assignments to the official paper work, it provides a user friendly platform for easy usage and proper description. Must have for the student to the average daily worker! It can be a little tricky to figure out how it functions properly at first, but their are some good tutorials out there that I highly recommend, such google them. Also, it doesn't really have a customer support system, which is a down side.
