What is a confidentiality agreement?

A confidentiality agreement, often referred to as a nondisclosure agreement (NDA), is a legally binding contract that safeguards sensitive information from being disclosed to unauthorized parties. It is commonly utilized in business settings to protect trade secrets, proprietary technology, and sensitive data.

Why organizations use a confidentiality agreement template generator

Typical industries and workflows that often utilize confidentiality agreements

Works well, but not sure why you create a page that cannot be scanned and sent to the IRS on the first part of the form. If this is not legal or usable why have it?

easy to use Very user friendly, I like it ! Create, edit and fill PDF documents easily. MY experience with pdf Filler is really good, am able to create PDF faster and easier. Software is user friendly. Not many cons yet, it has bugged a few times where i need to get out and start over but that has been my only issue.

I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about the same. When I got an email a month later stating I had been charged for the whole year I logged in and chatted with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am still awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.
