No r al complaints. Did find out that the forms in your database that I was interested had been superceeded by new forms back in Jan of 2016 a year ago. This meant I had to downloaded ad new forms t fill out. You could strive to be more up to date.

The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

Of course, I've had to ask their tech support for help, and later discovered the answers were simple and in my face! It's all there. Tech support is great. They get back to you asap with very friendly and pertinent info. I especially like the fact that you can create paperless docs and set them up to reuse them as templates. I think it's a great product!

What do you like best? Easily convert PDFs to word and rotate pages withing an improperly scanned PDF What do you dislike? The text writing font options are few and when the writing box dissapears the text changes size and font that what it was displayed. Recommendations to others considering the product: More font options and ability to match font of the original document. When editing in a document your software changes the size and font of the edited text. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Filling out forms and signing documents.
