Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Fantastic customer service For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

What do you like best? I am able to send documents out for a signature and receive them back signed during a Zoom Video Conference. What do you dislike? I wish it was compatible with our personal case management software program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great Tool & Responsive Customer Support I've been using pdfFiller for several years now, and find it easy to use to make quick changes to documents. It has improved over the time i've used it, as originally the font didn't always match and some sections couldn't be moved or deleted, but it now seems to have these features. On a couple of occasions I've needed to raise a support ticket, and the team are very responsive, helpful and provide a resolution quickly. The reason i've not given it 5 stars is because last year i had to edit a 60+ page instruction manual, and spent many hours over a couple of weeks trying to get it to work, but it kept crashing and not loading all the pages, which was frustrating and wasted a lot of time. In the end i gave up and redesigned the manual using another platform. Overall, great for simple editing and the basic package is good value for a small business.
