The tasks I needed to complete I was able to facilitate with PDFiller. I was later informed of a more economical manner. I manage a non-profit org. We always need to be conscious of cost.

Love this program! It allows you to download any document and make it your own. No more handwriting which leaves room for errors. The only part that confuses me is the saving of a document to be used over and over... haven't quite figured that out yet.

I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

I really appreciated the customizable aspects of your software -- it made all the difference to my forms! The only thing that I would've liked more is if upon searching for the form, you could filter and guarantee that its the most up to date form the gov has issued. Thank you

I 'm impressed. I had issues with som scanned dok. with Adobe PDF. Adobe couldn't edit PDF but pdf Filler did it. If not, I would have a lost a whole hour work. Maybe more because the scanned doc. are not in my possession anymore. Thanks pdfFiller. I will buy it at the end my trial.

It is good but follwoing features may… It is good but follwoing features may make it much better1. Paragraph eraser would be a great value - right now eraser keeps the gaps between top and below lines. 2. Mass repalcement would be good - search a word or sentence and can replace entire document with new word or text.

What do you like best? The ability to upload documents as templates, to work on completed documents, whether changing page order or add/modify information. What do you dislike? I find it challenging to change fonts and text color. I'm not even sure it's possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simplification of creating clear, typed forms that elevate the professionalism of everythign we do.

How to draft a Data Processing Agreement The parties involved. Be sure to identify the data processor and the data controller in the agreement. The purpose of the agreement. The roles and responsibilities of each party. The duration of the agreement. The terms of confidentiality. Any other relevant terms and conditions.
This means that DPAs are used to regulate the sharing and processing of data between a controller and a processor. Meanwhile, a DSA is used to regulate the sharing of data between two controllers instead.
A Privacy Policy outlines mainly how you process personal data when you're a Controller while a Data Processing Agreement in most cases (especially if you're a SaaS) outlines how data is processed when a Processor offers a service or when there's a transfer of personal data from one company to another.
Generally speaking, a DPA should include the scope and purpose of data processing, what data will be processed, how it will be protected, and the controller-processor relationship.
The Five Key Sections of a DPA The parties to the agreement. Their roles (e.g., data controller or processor) Identification of the data subjects (e.g., customers, clients, or users) Types of data to process. The way the controller intends to use the data. The collection, storage, and disclosure of data.
In summary, here's what you need to include: The processor agrees to process personal data only on written instructions of the controller. Everyone who comes into contact with the data is sworn to confidentiality. All appropriate technical and organizational measures are used to protect the security of the data.
There's no legal requirement that the DPA should be a separate document. It can be incorporated into a broader contract, such as a master services agreement, as long as it includes all the required clauses mandated by relevant data protection laws.
A DPA is a legally binding document, and the data controller and processor must follow the contractual agreement or risk severe penalties. Many data privacy laws worldwide require DPAs, but DPAs are not always a legal requirement. However, many industries and countries recommend DPAs to protect an organization's data.
