Two main issues I have with PDF: 1) not being able to change the names on the forms, 2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

PDFfiller is a very easy to use software in which I can easily edit the documents in PDF format. This tool saves every document in the cloud, so wherever you go, your documents are always with you. It also has feature to sign the documents and also making the templates is an easy job.
What do you dislike?
PDFfiller takes too much time when it comes to adding a file to edit it, it takes so much time to open the file. Also the price is a bit high as compared to the number of features provided by it.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. Intuitive and easy to use Easily and quickly fill pdfs with this simple software, just be aware there is no free option other than a 30-day trial. This software is really straightforward and easy to use. I find it intuitive and am able to edit pdfs quickly and painlessly. Adding a signature is really easy as well. I did the free trial of this software and even though I was impressed, I didn't end up purchasing the monthly subscription due to my needs. There are options out there that are free, although they're definitely inferior in terms of functionality and user interface. So I think the cost (even though it is reasonable) ended up being not worth it for me specifically in the end. Other than that, I had no problems with the software and would recommend it to someone who uses pdf software frequently.

I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals.
