I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem. After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Lag between switching to different parts of the interface and saving files disrupts the user experience. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Its a little bit hard to email the… Its a little bit hard to email the documents back to yourself after the conversion - otherwise, this is a great website for document alterations and conversions. Easy to use, great variation of different tools and mediums.
