Fast, helpful assistance from their support team I forgot to cancel my subscription with them. The money came out unexpectedly, and I was honestly pretty worried because it was the full year's subscription and I have had issues with internet companies not wanting to refund subscription fees in the past even when I asked for it immediately, without using it during the period I asked for the refund for. PDFFiller was great, though. I emailed them early this morning (late for me) and woke up to their response, which was that since it was less than 24 hours after the payment came out, they were able to just void the transaction. Notably the reason I rated pdfFiller 4 stars rather than 5 stars is a small (but important to me) reason:PDF Filler has color options for its highlights and pens for annotation, yet compared to some of the other apps and programs, I was slightly disappointed with the display of some of the color options especially with the highlights.Otherwise, this is a great device. Excellent customer service. Keep it up. Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.
