With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Makes My Job Easy I use PDFfiller to create contracts and purchase orders. For contracts, I typically input data into Excel, and then use PDFfiller to create the finished contract from my Excel data. For purchase orders, I use PDFfiller to edit document information, highlight items, and sign the document. This saves me the hassle of having to print out documents, edit them by hand, and then scan/fax them. Very happy with PDFfiller, as it most certainly makes my job easier. PDFfiller has all the features that I need for my documents: adding a logo, highlighting, and drawing. I also think that it's great how you can seamlessly use Excel data to fill out forms automatically. This is especially helpful when creating contracts. The price is a little steep for what I see as somewhat of a basic software concept; however, it's worth it in my opinion. There is also a decent learning curve, but once you get the hang of all features, you can automate things and fill out your PDFs very quickly.

I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about the same. When I got an email a month later stating I had been charged for the whole year I logged in and chatted with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am still awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.
