I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. The card reading company kept declining… The card reading company kept declining every card I had even though they were all in good standing. Customer Service (online chat) tried several remedies. Still did not work. I needed to print the document I completed. Customer Service gave me a one time free print so I was not in a bind and will try again tomorrow from different computer to actually purchase the service!!Thank you!!
