I intended to cancel my subscription on day 30 before I was charged because at the moment I only needed it for one task. They charged me on day 30 but I emailed support and they immediately refunded my money with utmost courtesy. Works for everything Overall I am a fan of the software. I know not everything is supposed to work 100% of the time and things will happen so that doesn't deter me from using the software or recommending it someone else. I liked the ability to install and go, this software worked for getting documents in, filling them out, and getting them back out. I like the options and the ability to even save some data. Sometimes it has crashed or felt a little clunky. I am unsure if it is saving the data but during the saving process it has crashed on me and that is something i wasn't as much a fan of.

PDF Filler ease of completing the form - that makes it look much more professional than a hand written form. I like the ease of being able to put all my information in on any form. The software easily moves you from one field to the next to populate. Everything looks much more professional than a handwritten form. I don't like the fact that I cannot save my form. I can print it but it saves as a blank form. Maybe I am doing something wrong, since I just started using it, but it did not save what I put in.
