Well, I tell you what...ease of use and timely features aside, if it were not for pdffiller.com, I might well be losing my job. Thanks for being there when I needed you the most! Charley

The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

Great customer service Great customer service, such a hard thing to come across. Easy access to your cloud uploaded documents from any device. The only thing limiting the 5 star is the relatively clunky interface. Still would use again for secure pdf development.

Time Saver! Helps me with quickly signing contracts without printing, filling out many forms that I used to hand write. keeps me organized. Saves time and easy to understand, not to complex. I could not find a way to merge multiple PDFs unto one PDF.

Works well with 2 exceptions. There was an odd small "box" on the left-hand side of the saved document that I was able to erase with the erase tool. There were also signature verification notifications superimposed on the signatures.

I'm very happy with the mid-priced… I'm very happy with the mid-priced version so far. (However, as Yogi Berra famously said, "It's a bit too early to tell the future.")LOL

A factoring relationship involves three parties: (i) a buyer, who is a person or a commercial enterprise to whom the services are supplied on credit, (ii) a seller, who is a commercial enterprise which supplies the services on credit and avails the factoring arrangements, and (iii) a factor, which is a financial
A factoring agent is an intermediary agent that provides cash or financing to companies by purchasing the account receivable. In exchange for your account receivable and factoring fee, the agent provides a cash advance, typically worth up to 90% of the invoice's value, within 1 or 2 days.
Factoring is a financial transaction and a type of debtor finance in which a business sells its accounts receivable (i.e., invoices) to a third party (called a factor) at a discount. A business will sometimes factor its receivable assets to meet its present and immediate cash needs.
Documentation Required for Export Factoring It typically includes details about fees, responsibilities of each party, termination clauses, and other relevant terms. Application Form: Completed by the exporter, providing information about the business, its financial health, and the invoices to be factored.
A factoring contract is an agreement where a small business sells outstanding invoices to third parties — known as factors — in exchange for upfront cash. When these invoices, or accounts receivable, are paid by clients, the money will go to the factor, rather than the small business itself.
Some factoring companies do not allow you to leave the contract under any circumstances. In some cases, terminating a contract early entails paying a termination fee, which can range from a few hundred to several thousand dollars.
Unlike bank loans, which often come with a lot of credit requirements and a lengthy approval process, invoice factoring provides quicker access to working capital, making it invaluable for managing cash flow, covering payroll, and maintaining steady business operations without the burden of debt.
Bank loans are borrowed money you have to repay, and they are a liability. They also count as debt on your balance sheet. With accounts receivable factoring, you aren't borrowing money; you're simply changing who owns the invoice and who collects payment from your customer.
