I have been using this for work. I spent my own money cause I had to have a tools I could rely on. PDFfiller has been well worthy investment, it's good to be able to edit and publish PDF's with out worry. This is one solid set of tools, and extremely useful.

Aside from the cost associated with its use, I love PDFfiller! It is easier to use than the typewriter function in Adobe Acrobat and I could place text exactly where I needed it. One other recommendation is adding a spell check when finishing up the document. Respectfully, -RPS

Have been able to add signatures change dates and update pertinent information on the documents. Have not used extensively, but have been able to do everything I wanted so far. Good product!

I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

What do you like best? Not much not to like. Spell checker would be nice. though. What do you dislike? After creating a document and saving it, it landed back in the template folder. Have to switch over to documents to access What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Editing PDF DOCs. Ability to search works great.

This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. I wild gladly recommend pdf filler to anyone who wants a great way to edit pdf files with the confidence of working with a company that has excellent customer service.

Fast and effective response When I contacted them through their Chat feature my problem was resolved there and then. Instant response, and then follow up emails to make sure everything was ok. This is how customer service should work but so often doesn't.

While there's no formal structure for a founders agreement, here are some things you should strongly consider including in yours. Names of Founders and Company. Ownership Structure. The Project. Initial Capital and Additional Contributions. Expenses and Budget. Taxes. Roles and Responsibilities.
How this often works is that founder shares vest over time. By way of example, if you have a straight-line vesting schedule in place over 4 years and you started vesting 3 years ago, then you will have vested 75% of the shares allocated to you (with 25% unvested).
Standard Vesting Schedules Typical vesting schedules last 4 years with a 1-year cliff. This means founders do not earn any vested shares during the 1 year cliff period. After the first year, they begin vesting their shares on a monthly or quarterly basis over the remaining 3-year period.
There is a wide range of provisions that could be addressed in a Founders' Agreement. The template below includes provisions about: transfer of ownership; ▪ ownership structure; ▪ confidentiality; ▪ decision-making and dispute resolution; ▪ representations and warranties; and ▪ choice of law.
While there's no formal structure for a founders agreement, here are some things you should strongly consider including in yours. Names of Founders and Company. Ownership Structure. The Project. Initial Capital and Additional Contributions. Expenses and Budget. Taxes. Roles and Responsibilities.
The agreement is intended to define the relationship between the founders, and the terms and conditions of their partnership and work on the startup. Any decent founder's agreement usually covers at least 30 issues (which is why they are usually 8 – 16 pages long).
4 Key Areas of a Founders' Agreement Roles & Responsibilities: Define who does what and titles. Rights & Rewards: Describe decision-making rights and rewards, such as who sits on the board. Commitments: List assets such as IP, network, capital and time each co-founder invests. Contingencies: Stipulate vesting.
A founder's agreement is legally binding because it protects the legal rights of each founder by clearly describing the roles and responsibilities of each founder.
