I love this application! It has made my life so much easier in filing medical claims. I used to have to write or type them out (yes with a typewriter!) but now I just do them on PDFfiller and it takes me less than 1/2 the time! Thank you!

Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

I had a little issue trying to find out how to print the form. Also, the little movable box that kept showing me where to check got in the way of reading the document. I X'ed it out most of the time so I could read the instructions.

Cons of cost plus a percentage of cost in a contract This type of contract doesn't address the final cost, which can shift the risk onto the client. It may be harder to adhere to a budget because the final cost is unknown when they sign the contract.
The profit in a cost-plus contract is typically set as a fixed amount or a fixed percentage of the project's total costs. The percentage typically ranges from 10% to 20% of the total cost of the project.
Cost plus a fixed-fee (CPFF) contracts pay costs plus a pre-determined fee that was agreed upon at the time of contract formation. Cost-plus-incentive fee (CPIF) contracts have a larger fee awarded for contracts which meet or exceed certain performance goals, for example being on schedule and any cost savings.
A guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contract sets a maximum price for a construction project, beyond which the contractor absorbs additional costs. Sometimes called a construction manager at risk contract, this type of construction agreement minimizes financial risk for the owner because it sets a project cost limit.
On top of the actual expenses, the owner also pays an agreed-upon profit margin, usually as a percentage of total costs. For example, the contract terms may specify that the contractor receives a 15% profit margin on top of reimbursed expenses.
A cost-plus contract will estimate the materials and labor costs of a project before it begins and then stipulate that the customer will pay a fee to cover the overhead and profit of the contracting organization. Most contracts have a cost-plus fee scale of 10-25%.
Most general contractors do not charge an hourly rate. Instead, our research indicates that general contractors charge about 10 to 20% of a project's total construction costs. A big, established general contractor company can charge an even greater difference of 25% of a project's costs.
Most general contractors use a markup of between 15-20%. However, contractor markups largely depend on the project and average costs in the area.
