Very self explanatory and easy to use. Also being able to save my work in word is very helpful. Easy to save, send and print. Second year using this website and worth the small price.

The billing is bogus and felt dishonest, but customer service fixed my problems after an email. These save well as pdfs but not as docs. I think the service should be less expensive, given apps with similar functionality.

I subscribed to a trial period for the… I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. This experience earned 5 stars because of Katrina's kind ear and quick action. Thanks to you, Katrina, and whoever trained you in customer service protocols.

It is a convenient application It is a convenient application which allows professional appearance to forms. I am a little concerned about shared documents which need editing if the recipient is not a subscriber.

I apparently came to your website… I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Thank you for your customer service policies. If ever, I need a service like this, it will be yours.

Yes. A template is the basis you can use to create a contract, while a contract is the completed or drafted document you send to a recipient. You can use template builder to create ready-made templates that can be used to customize contracts for your business.
Here's how to choose a Microsoft Word contract template: Open Word. Click on 'New' Browse available templates, or type 'contract' in the search bar. Select template of your choice. Click 'Create'
No, technically, you do not need a solicitor to write a contract. In fact, a contract doesn't even need to be in writing to be legally binding, it could be spoken.
Can anyone write a contract? If you're worried about whether you have the right qualifications or experience to write a contract, you can relax — there are no requirements dictating who can or cannot write a contract. After all, a contract is simply a written agreement between two or more parties.
Why You Need a Business Contract Lawyer. If you're asking whether you need a lawyer to draft a contract, legally, the answer is no. Anyone can draft a contract on their own and as long as the elements above are included and both parties are legally competent and consent to the agreement, it is generally lawful.
All you need is a clear agreement and mutual promises to exchange things of value. Lots of contracts are filled with mind-bending legal gibberish, but there's no reason why this has to be true. For most contracts, legalese is not essential or even helpful.
The short answer is yes, as long as they meet certain criteria. For instance, the contract must clearly state the obligations of both parties involved and be signed by all parties involved. One potential issue with homemade contracts is that they may not cover all necessary legal requirements.
