I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

Program is very intuitive and easy to use. I spend less than 10 mins to recreate a document for Customers and it makes a world of difference.

I don't think I have any dislike...or at least none that I've come across too.

It's a must have program...so easy to use and it does it all. Plus an extra bonus is that it's less in cost then the highest competitor. WIN, WIN!

I edit our invoices & receipts. I'm able to provide progress invoices that our system doesn't do. This helps our Customers tremendously to understand paperwork.

Easiest way to send contracts We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier. Ease of use to send out contracts for electronic filling and filing Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! great product, "home" and "end" keyboard keys slightly buggy All is great except that when im typing in a text box and click the "home" or "end" key on my keyboard it sends me to the beginning/end of the entire document instead of the beginning/end of the text box itself.

What do you like best? I love the ability to create forms from both pdfs and word documents. But the link to fill feature is my favorite. It allows persons to complete a form by simply sharing a link. What do you dislike? The sign now feature needs to be better developed. I need the ability for one person to complete a form and then get it signed by others before being returned to me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to cut down on printing cost, and have been able to reduce turnover time for gathering information.

I reviewed this software for my company… I reviewed this software for my company (we historically use another product) for function and usability. It is significantly more user friendly than the others that do similar functions. What makes this a good decision is the cost and the support. It costs a third of the software we currently use and when I experienced a problem (on the weekend) I had (professional and personal) support online in less than a minute. Very satisfied.
