What is a HIPAA Non Disclosure Agreement?
A HIPAA Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legal contract designed to protect sensitive information related to personal health data as mandated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This agreement ensures that parties sharing medical information maintain confidentiality and privacy, preventing unauthorized access to protected health information (PHI).
Why organizations use a HIPAA Non Disclosure Agreement
Organizations that handle PHI, such as healthcare providers, insurance companies, and business associates, use HIPAA Non Disclosure Agreements to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations and safeguard sensitive data. By instituting clear guidelines on how information should be handled and shared, these agreements help prevent data breaches and build trust between parties.

What do you dislike?
Their is very little to dislike by this platform, but the ability to add multiple sources for example if I want to print and email a copy of a document at once would be good. It's quite clunky at the moment, requiring us to save and then go back into the system and request print when we need a hard copy of the documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, and very competitive pricing. If you compare this product with the more expensive competition it does all of the same things but at considerable less cost. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone looking at obtaining signatures or sharing documentation via the cloud. The control panel is very innovative and makes requesting/creating documentation very easy for end users.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have literally saved countless reams of paper and many man hours through using this software. Documents can be electronically signed, and sent and you can even request a signature for documents. Collaborating with staff and end users is made very easy through the user interface that is provided and you can easily see which users have signed the documentation or even request reminders when documents remain in a pending state.
