I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. PDF Review We use this program daily in our offices. It allows for ease of use in getting things signed and sent back quickly. We have no cons at this time and have been using the services for almost 2 years now.

Does it all The best program to work with documents Easily completes and adds information to any document or report. You can size the information to fit the provided space, cut and paste and maneuver easily within the document. You can access the program and the documents you have completed as the application is on the web and it retains your completed report in their system. If they could combine other pdf tools would be awesome. Some of the more common pdf functions include moving pages, separating pages and duplicating pages, etc...

Easy to use I have converted from our company's old way of emailing documents to print, sign, and scan back to us to digital signatures. It has made the process much easier for me and all of our new team members I would love to be able to consolidate multiple documents into one OR send multiple documents with one email

The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used it to fill out contracts and pay applications along with notarized documents with my commercial construction company

I cannot fault their response times (within 20 minutes of my email) and they were attentive to my concerns and resolved the invoice issues immediately. Totally would recommend this to anyone.

As such, a BAA is required any time you are working with a vendor or contractor who will come into contact with PHI on your organization's behalf. Keep in mind, HIPAA requires you to sign the BAA with your business associate before sharing any PHI with them.
BAAs are mandated by the HIPAA Security Rule. Business Associate Agreements consist of information regarding the permissible and impermissible uses of PHI between two HIPAA-beholden organizations. That can include relationships between a CE and a BA, as well as relationships between two BAs.
The BAA must provide that the business associate will comply with the following terms: Not use or further disclose the PHI other than as permitted or required by the BAA or as required by law. Use appropriate safeguards to prevent the use or disclosure of PHI other than as provided for by the BAA.
HIPAA-covered entities—such as healthcare providers and healthcare clearinghouses—must draft business associate agreements with business associates and subcontractors to shield PHI from potential attackers.
Entities that are not HIPAA business associates are not required to enter into HIPAA business associate agreements. Examples of entities that are not business associates include: 1. Entities that don't create, receive, maintain, and/or transmit PHI.
The HIPAA Privacy Rule requires all Covered Entities to have a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with any Business Associate (BA) they hire that may come in contact with PHI. The HIPAA Omnibus Rule changed how BAs and Business Associate Subcontractors (BAS) can be held liable for potential HIPAA violations.
Essentially, if an organization is hired to handle, use, distribute, or access protected health information (PHI), they likely qualify as a BA under HIPAA regulation. The quick rule to remember with Business Associates: before you share PHI, you must have a compliant BAA in place.
While it is almost always necessary for a Business Associate to sign an agreement with a Covered Entity when a Business Associate is creating, receiving, maintaining, or transmitting ePHI on behalf of the Covered Entity, if a third-party service provider the company is not providing a covered service, (i.e., a
