What do you like best? This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter. What do you dislike? Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.

Connecticut Hospice is America's first Hospice. It was founded by Florence Wald, and a group of nurses, doctors, and clergy, in 1974 and it was the first of its kind in the United States.
Hospice care brings together a team of people with special skills — among them nurses, doctors, social workers, spiritual advisors, and trained volunteers. Everyone works together with the person who is dying, the caregiver, and/or the family to provide the medical, emotional, and spiritual support needed.
Hospice aims to provide comfort and peace to help improve quality of life for the person nearing death. It also helps family members cope with their loved one's illness and can also provide support to the family after the person dies, including help with grieving, sometimes called bereavement care.
In the mid-1960's, a British physician named Dame Cicely Saunders who had been exploring ways to improve the dying process and bring awareness to the importance of patients as individuals founded St. Christopher's Hospice in London, England, considered today as the first modern hospice.
The Medicare Hospice Benefit was established in 1983 to provide Medicare beneficiaries with access to high-quality end-of-life care.
Christopher's in 1969. Florence Wald then founded the first hospice in the United States, in Branford, Connecticut, in 1974. At the start of the hospice movement in the United States, most hospices were home based and volunteer led.
The concept of providing specialized care for dying patients, linking pain and symptom control with compassionate care, began in England in the 1950's, when a pioneering physician named Dame Cicely Saunders created the first modern hospice there in 1967.
