With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. No more printing and filling out forms by hand.
What do you dislike?
I used to be able to upload a signature from an iPhone photo, and it could be placed on a document in a way that it look like it was written there, and not a pasted photo. I liked this and cannot seem to do this anymore.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's amazing how many forms still need to be filled out by hand in this age of tech and no typewriters. Printing documents, hand writing, then rescanning to a recipient is messy, time consuming and wastes ink and paper. Besides, make a mistake, and you need to start over with a new form. And don't get me started with "white out." PDFiller streamlines all this and results in a very neat, professional looking document. I do lots of contracts, and don't always get red-line drafts to work with. I can use PDFiller do do red-lining (word-processing changes to early drafts) and send them right back to the counter-parts. Then with the final draft the PDFiller signature feature allows me to initial or sign, and send - again without printing/rescanning. Since for many transactions e-transmitted signatures, as opposed to "wet" signatures, has become standard and legally acceptable the process is now a breeze. And if I still have to go back for further revisions the prior versions are all saved in PDFiller.

An Efficient Time Saver It is easy to update the documents with some features of a Word Document. However, there should be more variety in the fonts and I wish it didn't change the original/all font when I edit part of it.

I liked the idea that I can modify a… I liked the idea that I can modify a document with ease, but the yearly rate for educators is too much. I probably would have continued if I was given a reasonable monthly option. I do have a few subscriptions that I keep on a monthly option. So, keep that on mind when you are working with teachers.
