Necessity for any business I have to sign releases, NDA's and contracts on a daily basis for my clients. If it wasn't for this software I would be very stuck and not able to do my job without printing and faxing. What I like most about this software is what it does. If you are in business than you must have this. What I like least about this software is that they charge. I believe this should be a free download due to many forms and contracts being in a PDF format.

What do you like best? We use the sign now feature the most and it is very helpful to be able to edit forms. What do you dislike? Maybe add a feature to also compress files and work with a scanner; so we can scan documents right into the software. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication & follow through on point. Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you very much.

Great features. Easy to learn. The features I've used so far have been fantastic. pdfFiller is quick and easy to learn. The only feature it doesn't have that I would utilise is when creating a form and using the 'formula' option I'd like to be able to add formulas like in excel e.g. =field_1 so that I can duplicate a form entry where it has been entered previously. I chatted with the live support team about this and they were fast to respond & took this request onboard for future updates. A great product and fantastic customer service.
