Its mighty ridiculous! For the amount of money i spent and the length of time... S***, unless you are in the business of "screw ups" "uh-oh"ers, the presidents Secretary for his twitter account...or a lawyer. I don't think you get enough time for the cost. There are two comments for the development team and marketing team: 1/I expected a free trial, and 2/There are so many options that it can be confusing when you are just starting. I would have appreciated less options up front and some video tutorials to introduce me to advanced features.
