I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. I think if I am going to do this often, I will love to purchase this software. Thanks.

The "Next" button seems to be getting in the way. Maybe having the next blank fill-in space highlighted would be more user-friendly. The primary IRS form I filled out had a neat feature for checking boxes. The Schedules (A, B, O) I filled out I had to type "x" in the box. Not a big deal, but ...

I went into your chat hoping to get… I went into your chat hoping to get answers to my inquiries regarding my account and why I couldn't locate what it kept telling me that I should be seeing. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! What do you like best? The ease of dragging and dropping new files into the PDF filler program. What do you dislike? The extra options such as notary and other things like fax are not free or easily accessible to find out how they work in advance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Converting PDF to JPG is a huge problem being solved. Also, easily changing a date on a flyer that is a PDF.
