It has a lot of features to available learn and the support is awesome! It's a little time consuming to learn on my own though but again if I can't find what I'm looking for on the videos or the help I email customer service and they respond within an hour or two and I'm back rolling.

It would be much more efficient if multiple copies of the same form were filled automatically with the information entered on the original. Completing the documents should be quicker and simpler, no reason one has to play with font size and trying to pin point the location of the mouse to ensure proper destination in the field of entry on the form.

She walked me through all the steps, and I told her what I had done and where I had run into problems. When she could not find a solution for me that way, she offered to merge all the documents for me!!! I have been working on this family project for the last 12 months and this was the final step before I could get the finished document out to everyone.
